Madre e Hija produces fruit based condiments with no sugar added. It uses as ingredients whole fresh organic seasonal fruits mixed up at low temperature with fresh organic spices and aromatic herbs. Intense in flavour, their texture goes from light creamy to thick pâté, and they can be used as a spreed, to garnish vegetables, fish and meat dishes, as an ingredient for your desserts, yogurts and beverages, or to add an original touch to cheese.
