We are a non-profit based in Waterbury, CT that works to build community engagement with Latinos in the city. Our programs include Mariposa which is a series of workshops to build connections with Latina mothers and daughters, the Latino Workforce program which connects job-seekers to employers in the areas, and Young Representative of Waterbury which is a leadership and civic engagement program for High School students in Waterbury.
