MadridTomkins oversees the project every step of the way – from the conceptual stage to completion – by providing the facility design, engineering, and project management of the construction process to ensure a client’s needs are met. Our primary structural component is comprised of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and structural steel. This technological breakthrough installs steel framing, insulation, sheathing, and vapor barrier in one fast easy step, allowing our facilities to be constructed in one-third the time of traditional building methods which saves our clients time and money. Our system can be used for exterior and interior walls, floors, and roofs. The thermal efficiency provides dramatic utility savings. The end result is lightweight, versatile, and extremely strong. MadridTomkins provides a custom-designed solution to meet the needs of our clients – we are not a “one size fits all.” The versatility of our materials allows units to be engineered to withstand winds of up to 187 miles per hour,- or can be utilized in special needs containment construction.
