M.A.D. Urban is a Mongolia based market research firm focused on unlocking the power of maps to better analyse complex sets of proprietary data. We do this in markets that have minimal use of GIS today and where data is hard to come by. This provides our clients with easy to understand, visual references of what is taking place in the market today and it is likely to evolve. We are also Chartered Property Valuers (RICS), Expert Witnesses and Town Planners focused on emerging markets. We work with both private sector developers wishing to better understand what is their optimum land use. Our Public sector work sees us work with development agencies such as the ADB, World Bank, IMF and EBRD on the development of urban sector projects.
