The Meeting for Advanced Electron Beam Lithography (MAEBL) comprises a geographically dispersed and notably vendor-segmented community of engineers, scientists, and students who use electron beam lithography (EBL) to enable cutting-edge research, development, and innovation. MAEBL networks its global members through annual workshops/meetings and social media, which is made possible with sponsor support. Devoid of conference formality, MAEBL meetings provide an intimate space for its community, spanning academia, industry, and government, to disseminate foundational knowledge, common challenges, and best practices in electron beam lithography and related areas of process integration. MAEBL's hallmark of continuous active engagement brings together the collective living knowledge of an esoteric field of nanotechnology and nanofabrication.
