Every year, we do hundreds of projects ranging from brand new, 120-bed ground-up facilities to boiler replacements and small remodels. Acute care, skilled nursing and assisted living projects have comprised the bulk of the projects successfully completed by GM+A, and we have developed close relationships with the governing agencies and have earned their trust. Although primarily a healthcare-focused firm, our many other clients such as Disney, Cingular, and Marriott allow us to learn in many different ways and integrate the multifaceted aspects of design, architecture, and construction into our projects.
