Maeslanden

Maeslanden, established in 1978 as a real estate brokerage, initially focused on residential properties for end users. Its innovative approach to selling homes quickly led to the expansion of its operations with the opening of three additional offices. By 2011, under the name Maeslanden Vijverberg Roest Staalduinen, it had become the market leader in the Westland, Rijnmond, Delflanden, Rotterdam, and The Hague regions. The firm broadened its expertise to include private residences, commercial spaces, retail, and leisure industry properties. Maeslanden was also known for providing valuable investment and development advice in real estate, thanks to its deep market knowledge. In order to preserve its legacy Maeslanden divested its divisions in 2014, selling them to several prominent companies, and has since ceased operations. Ending a 36 year legacy on a high note.
