About Mæxico

Mæxico is a gastronomic concept based on the Mexican street kitchen. With a philosophy not to be 'mexi-fundamentalists' or committing to be an authentic Mexican restaurant. We are experimenting with combinations of flavors from all over the world and by that creating our very own version of Mexican cuisine = Mæxican street food the way we like it. We pioneered the new Mexican movement in Danish gastronomy, by expanding the former belief that Mexican food was nothing more than the American tex mex.
