There are 3 companies that operate under the name of Mag Group: Mag Center 1988 Mag center for air-conditioning and engineering contracts was established in 1988 by Eng. Maged Fouad in Alexandria. Mag center is specialized in supplying, installing and maintaining all kinds of HVAC equipment in both commercial and industrial applications in and outside Egypt. Novovent Egypt 1995 Novovent Egypt was established in 1995 by Eng. Maged Fouad, Eng. Aly Gomaa and Eng. Hany Shams in Cairo, specialized in the field of industrial and domestic ventilation systems and solutions and Air-conditioning equipment. Egyptian Company for Air Systems 2000 The Egyptian Company for Air Systems "ECAS" located in Borg El Arab was established in 2000 by Eng. Maged Fouad and Eng. Aly Gomaa , specialized in manufacturing Air Handling Units under license from Juker (Italy)- the leading company since 1911 in Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units. ECAS has the flexibility to manufacture tailor made AHUs whether normal ones or Hygienic.
