We’re creating a global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain, rooted in India’s authentic flavors, with our first outlet in Bangalore.
Our flagship Litti Chokha, featuring roasted wheat balls (Litti) with mashed vegetables (Chokha), showcases the rich flavors and nutritional power of Sattu, India’s ancient superfood. Champaran dishes are slow-cooked in traditional clay pots, giving a unique depth and aroma, ideal for the modern, health-conscious consumer. We aim to bring these dishes, known for their authentic taste and nutritional value, to tables worldwide.
