Originally operating as Maghera Construction from 1984, Maghera Developments Ltd was founded in 2000 by Eugene Walker. Since then the company has experienced significant growth and gained a wealth of experience in delivering high quality projects across a wide range of construction sectors. These include education, healthcare, commercial, leisure, historical, residential and modular contracts.
Focusing on Building, Civil Engineering and Fit out projects for both Public and Private Sector Clients, our operations throughout Northern Ireland are managed from our head office in Castlewellan. We have obtained extensive experience of managing and delivering projects under various forms of contract including GC Works, JCT, and NEC both as a traditional contractor and a Design & Build Contractor.
