The Magic Castle® in Hollywood was founded in 1963 by the Larsen family. The Larsens have joined together with the Pitchford family who have acquired the world famous clubhouse and surrounding real estate, as well as The Magic Castle® trademark, and Genii Magazine. Together they have formed a new entity to continue the legacy of The Magic Castle®, with its rich history and decades of community building. Magic Castle Enterprises seeks to support and enrich magic and the allied arts and to share this ancient artform with the world.
