Our designs are printed onto our apparel through a thermal sublimation process. Everything is printed in one step – all colors, text, logos, numbers, ect. are applied under heat and high pressure directly into the material fibers. The color is processed from a solid to a gas, which binds the color to the fibers of the fabric at a molecular level. The fabric never loses its functional characteristics (moisture transfer, breathability, sturdiness) and remains comfortable to wear. There are endless design possibilities with sublimation printing. Unlike screen printing, you have a choice of unlimited detail and colors. The print itself is undetectable by touch on the surface of the fabric and will not wash-out, crack, peel or fade. Other applications such as embroidery, flocking and gluing will deteriorate over time and can be very costly for large groups or teams. With Magic Wear, custom text is allowed for each individual unit you purchase for no additional charge. We focus heavily on creating meaningful and enjoyable sponsorships with all types of athletes.
