MAGICS NGO

The MAGICS, an NGO founded on 23 May 2015 and registered under the Trust Act (Reg no IV 3 2/2 0 1 5), initially aimed to create sustainable and replicable projects. It began by working on projects for corporates in their Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and later expanded to include leaders in education, healthcare, public sector, research, counseling, and tribal development programs. MAGICS now manages projects for clients and collaborators, including self-developed projects and collaborations with Government and Non-Government Organizations. Additionally, MAGICS provides consultation services and training programs. The center aims at creating Kerala State an age-friendly state through building a network of committed panchayats/ municipalities/ Cities. Standard projects and programs may be popularized throughout the state which provides opportunity to learn from various model and have unified programs. The Center of Excellence for Developing Age Friendly Communities(CEDAC) collaborates with professional bodies and institutions to develop programs that could be upscaled throughout the state. The major role of the Center is to create a common ground for organizations and institutions to interact towards an Age-Friendly world.
