MagLube can provide a micro-lubrication system or minimum quantity lubricating system that improves performance, increases productivity and lowers equipment total cost of ownership, decreases equipment downtime and saves the environment. MagLube works to prevent heat from occurring by eliminating friction. Our lubricants are environmentally safe organic oils that are as much as 300 times higher in lubricity than conventional cutting oils. MagLube lubricants are distributed directly to the cutting edge of the tool before the cut is made to the work piece with our precision delivery systems. This eliminates the need for quenching due to the lubricating properties of MagLube, any heat is displaced through the chip. There are no fumes, no mist in the air and no cleanup of the work piece because 99.9 percent of the lubricant is consumed in the cut.
