Magna Engineering Pvt. Ltd (MEPL), a parent company was established in January 2019 and is currently serving in the field of electro mechanical MEP design and consultancy. Our unique expertise and success is evident in the quality, quantity and importance of the projects that Magna has completed in the current and previous periods; like REIT Development Advisor, REIT Academy, Institute of Real Assets Development & Management, Hyper Next, Digi Estate. MEPL recently expanded its footprint in KSA with restructuring of few Strategic Business Unit under their umbrella. Magna FM, for integrated services is a joint venture with Saudi business group and established in 2024 and it is one of the emerging companies from the mother company, MEPL. The purpose of its establishment was to transfer all maintenance contracts and renovation works for carried out by the Strategic Business Units to Magna Facilities Management which is specialized in facility management by using modern and advanced methods of maintenance for buildings and facilities. Our scope of business later expanded to include housekeeping work, façade cleaning and landscape works, in order to enter KSA integrated facility management market. Today Magna Engineering is expanding its Magna Facilities Management business outside Pakistan, specifically in Middle Eastern countries like UAE and KSA.
