WHAT WE DO
We focus on finding the right location and then the right investment opportunity to provide superb quality, high specification homes in which to lead modern, fulfilling, vibrant, connected lives, by redeveloping existing assets and sites in our strategic locations that we identify as offering strong market potential. Our vision is to roll out our focused development model to major UK cities.
HOW WE DO IT
Our approach is to purchase undervalued assets such as commercial office buildings, brownfield sites and run down property, gaining planning for schemes to add value to the area and subsequently bringing a larger multi-unit scheme to the market. We focus on sites we can secure using a consented offer, normally subject to planning and we also use options and delayed completions. Schemes typically have Gross Development Values (GDV) of between £2m and £20m, located in and around the south west of London area, prime commuter belt and also in central London.
