Magnate100

Serial entrepreneur Garret Flower created the Magnate100 community in early 2021. He did so with the view of bringing together founders and business leaders from various industries to provide value to each other. This value comes in the form of problem solving, sharing ideas, holding each other accountable and collaborating on new projects. The community interacts on a daily basis through the asking of questions and sharing of new ideas or book recommendations. This is complemented with a themed monthly meet up where the community interacts virtually. As well as this, the Magnate100 offers in depth workshops on a wide range of topics and accountability groups to ensure goals are adhered to the group is capped at 100 to maximise collaboration so that everyone can become familiar and feel comfortable when connecting. If people don’t engage or can’t be seen to be adding value to the community, they are removed, and new members are invited to join.
