Magna Vitae is a dynamic new leisure and culture charitable trust whose charitable objects are to:
- promote and maximise community participation in healthy, recreational activity;
- provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities for recreation or leisure time occupation with the object of improving peoples conditions of life;
- promote the education and wellbeing of people through performing arts
The company is governed by a Board of up to eleven Trustee/Directors, eight of whom are Community Trustees.
As a key strategic partner to East Lindsey District Council, Magna Vitae is fully responsible for the strategic and operational management of culture, the arts, physical activity and sport in the East Lindsey area.
