Magnum AS, founded in 1992, is a subsidiary of a privately owned Estonian investment company MM Grupp and its headquarters is located in Tallinn. Companies under the Magnum AS group mostly operate in the retail and wholesale sector and have innovative up-to-date logistics centres in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Magnum AS group includes the following companies dealing with the wholesale of pharmaceuticals: Magnum Medical OÜ, Magnum Medical SIA and Magnum Medical Finland OY. Magnum Dental OÜ specialises in marketing quality dental materials. Magnum Veterinaaria AS, Magnum Veterinarija SIA and Magnum Veterinarija UAB operate in the market of veterinary medicinal products. Retail of veterinary products takes place in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania under the brand PetCity. Allium UPI OÜ is a leading importer and distributor of pharmacy and hospital goods in the Baltic countries. Allium UPI SIA operates in Latvia and Allium UPI UAB operates in Lithuania. Apteegi Beauty OÜ is responsible for retail of drugstore makeup and skincare products. The main activity of Magnum Logistics OÜ is the handling, transport, logistics and dispatch of medicinal products, incl. veterinary medicinal products, and retail and wholesale trade of industrial and food products in non-licensed areas of activity. Magnum AS is also the franchisor of pharmacies operating under the name Apotheka. Magnum group employs approx. 1900 people.
