The Michigan Association of Health Plans is a nonprofit corporation established to promote the interests of member health plans. The Association works closely with all levels of government to achieve fair and equitable regulatory policies and to foster growth in the managed care industry.
As the voice for health plans in Michigan, the Association seeks to increase public awareness about plans' services, aims, efficiency, operations and health care delivery benefits. The Association facilities communication among members and with the health care industry on issues of common concern, and maintains contact with health care associations in other states and nationally.
