Maia Real Estate Developments (Maia Desarrollos in Spanish) is a young, privately held real estate investment company. We operate mainly in Central and western Mexico. We aim to build best-of-class, and sustainable communities. Our Development branch is responsible for the planning and development of all for-sale residential housing communities. Our Portfolio Management branch plans and directs the development, marketing and management of the company’s diverse portfolio of retail, and office properties.
