Main Baseball Academy

Michael Main started the Main Baseball Academy with the idea of improving the skills of the youth playing baseball today. Michael grew up in Central Florida graduating from Deland High School. He played for the 16U and 18U USA National teams as well as being an AFLAC All-American. Michael was selected in the 1st round by the Texas Rangers. Michael played professionally for 7 years with the Texas Rangers, San Francisco Giants, and Miami Marlins. Since Michael's career came to an end, he started the Main Baseball Academy to stay connected with that game he loves and to develop an organization centered around teaching young players the skills and fundamentals needed to play at the next level. Main Baseball Academy is focused on creating a winning mentality in players but realizes the importance of growth and development as a key aspect of everyone's game.
