The Mainsite is the site operator and industrial service company for more than 30 companies situated in the based in the Industrie Center Obernburg. The companies on site are parts of branches like, chemical fibers and geotextiles, plastics technology, polymers and additives, medical technology, paints and varnishes, power generation, logistics and industrial services. As a professional industrial service provider, The Mainsite provides on-site fast and reliable services necessary for the operation of a company. The range of services includes professional real estate and site management, the supply of all types of energy, professional water supply and waste water cleaning, waste management, grid operation, occupational safety, health and environmental protection, logistical services as well as a educational training center and a wide range of administrative services. Together with the customer, the specialists of the Mainsite develop space and space concepts adapted to the respective company needs and create individually compiled service packages, that enable a full concentration on the respective core business. The close cooperation with several technology and analytics companies based on site as well as the research facilities of the Aschaffenburg Technical University of Applied Sciences, which is also based here, ensures customers the local supply of high-tech technical and analytical services – quickly, competently and reliably. Die Mainsite GmbH & CO. KG employs about 350 people and trains more than 200 trainees in 22 different teaching occupations at its in-house education centre. All services provided by Mainsite are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Mainsite also holds an OHRIS certification from the Bavarian State Government and participates in the Bavarian Environmental Pact.
