Established in 2004, MaintainMyProperty.com was created as an affordable cleaning and maintenance solution for Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords. We have grown rapidly over the last 8 years and now look after almost 100 developments across London. Our Maintenance Services cover block cleaning, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, site inspections and free minor repairs and maintenance for properties in London. We also carry out site inspections and provide residents and property managers with regular inspection reports accompanied with photos taken onsite. We have developed a robust web based RFM system. Through this system, residents and property managers are able to monitor and feed into the estate services. Users are able to report minor communal repairs and estate issues with photos and follow its progress until completion. Since launching our services, we have achieved high level of customer satisfaction from our clients and residents. We feel passionate about what we do and believe we are an active force in leading the industry standard to a higher level.
