Quantitative LEAN Maintenance APP

"One of the things I've learned over my 20+ years in the Maintenance Optimisation business is Continuous Improvement (CI) all about change management, and the ability to change or not. Think of it like a pyramid; at the bottom you have People (which represent 70% of the ability to change). Next there are Business Processes; e.g. Standardised Operating and Maintenance Procedures, LEAN, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) etc (which represent 20% of the ability to change), and finally there are Software Systems and Tools; e.g. ERP / CMMS etc (which represent 10% of the ability to change). So back to People: - People are either Change Enablers or Change Disablers, depending on how they answer the Question ""What's in the CI initiative for Me?"". The likelihood of the CI initiative working in the first place, and becoming sustainable will also live or die accordingly.
