Maisha Mazuri means beautiful life in Swahili, which reflects the vision of the company. We could all be living a beautiful life, and while plenty are, many face limitations in doing so often stemming from systemic issues in society. Maisha Mazuri aims to address these challenges through profit-seeking yet socially responsible entrepreneurship guided by a strong moral compass. How do we do this? 💪 Our commitment: we donate 5% of our revenue and a progressive share of our gross profits to specific well-established organizations aligned with our vision (see our Contribution Schedule). 🤝 Our stakeholders: we look to work with like-minded individuals and organizations. 👀 Long-term vision: we’re in it for the long run and believe in building lasting relationships with our stakeholders. ⚒️ Product focus: in the mid- to long term, we will focus the development of our products on relieving systemic issues engrained in society.
