Maison Care exceeds state minimum Personal Care Assistant pay and benefit requirements with overtime over 40 hours and Christmas Bonuses to eligible employees. Maison Care also has a volunteer program that gives back life necessities to seniors in shelters and the community.
Maison Care has a strong belief in charitable giving which is a big part of our philosophy. We invest our finances not only directly to those in need but to non-profit organization dedicated to serving their communities.
