We love what we do and it shows. With highly trained employees and knowing our industry, Maison Care provides non-medical home care services to seniors and those with disabilities. There is no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every family we serve. Maison Care is always searching for potential Caregivers. We have found that the best potential Caregivers are people who have freely cared for extended family, friends or neighbors. They care for others because they feel this is their calling or that it is the right thing to do. And as long as we have Caregivers available, no potential client is ever refused service. Maison Care is a for profit company that believes in investing its profits back into people. One important way to do this is through training, with a variety of paid training opportunities each year. Maison Care exceeds state minimum Personal Care Assistant pay and benefit requirements with overtime over 40 hours and Christmas Bonuses to eligible employees. Maison Care also has a volunteer program that gives back life necessities to seniors in shelters and the community. Maison Care has a strong belief in charitable giving which is a big part of our philosophy. We invest our finances not only directly to those in need but to non-profit organization dedicated to serving their communities. We strongly support charities in the city of Hartford Connecticut.
