Maison Hospitality

We own, develop and operate boutique sized independent hotels. Our core business is acquiring and repositioning small inns as value-add investments, providing centralized management, and accumulating scale for an attractive exit. We provide third-party management and development services for owners whose expectations for their properties and partnerships are complimentary with those of the properties that we own and operate ourselves. We intend to keep the company small and nimble. We seek involvement only in what we know we can add value to each and every day, and that which aligns with our mission and structure for success.
