Specialists in dried fruit for three generations, the NAJARIAN family cultivates both modernity and tradition through original creations and great classics. Although there are a large number of dried fruit farms in the world, the experience and knowledge of the sector, accumulated over almost a century, ensures that Maison Naja offers fruit of the highest quality, from the best origins and the latest harvest. A team of chefs is in charge of developing the products, which are prepared as close as possible to the order and packaged in a protective atmosphere to guarantee optimum freshness. Cooking, caramelizing and preparation techniques are traditional and in some cases unique. The company has chosen to work by hand with state-of-the-art low-speed equipment, modulating speed and temperature according to the recipe. Everything is manufactured in our workshops in France, near Marseille.
