Pensato & Co. is a 100% Italian food house whose main business was born in the south of Italy, on 500 acres owned by Fernando Pensato. Driven by his passion for the land and respect for tradition, he bought the olive grove that once belonged to his ancestors. He enthusiastically developed a range of products of the highest quality for haute cuisine: olives pure and unique variety, vegetables, wheat & grapes. To complete its range of products, Pensato & Co. developed the prestigious House Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and the diamond of gastronomy: the truffle. Due to its high-quality standards, many Michelin starred as the " Leading Hotels of the World" restaurants use these products. Building on its success, the Pensato & Cie House also became a partner in 2008 of " Relais & Chateaux ", " Euro-Toques " and " Quality & Tradition ". We uphold strong values for the passion and respect for the earth and our environment. Our passion drives us every day to minimize our impact on the environment by reducing our carbon footprint, reducing our waste, and preserving the natural resources that are so dear to us.
