Maisons Marques et Domaines was established in 1986 by Champagne Louis Roederer, one of the last truly independent family-owned houses in Champagne, to manage the sales, marketing and distribution of its champagnes in the UK market. Over the course of the last three decades the company has grown, as Champagne Louis Roederer has acquired properties in California, Portugal, Provence and Bordeaux, while at the same time we have carefully selected like-minded, family-owned producers to join the portfolio. MMD has established itself as one of the leading fine wine importers in the UK and is proud to represent some of the most renowned producers and iconic brands from the New and Old World with the binding philosophy throughout the portfolio one of family ownership, estate driven production and premium quality. Based in riverfront offices in south west London, our team of experienced professionals, led by Managing Director Richard Billett, is active across all sectors of the UK trade with an emphasis on the prestige on-trade and independent retail. We are dedicated to supporting our customers with a compelling portfolio offer and excellence of service, committed to providing quality distribution for our family-owned producers and focussed on looking to build value for our premium agency brands.
