MajorLabelScout.com is a one of a kind talent-scouting network. Our mission is to find dedicated young people who are passionate about mainstream music, teach them the fundamentals of artist discovery and development, and empower them to find the superstars of tomorrow. The top-tier artists we discover through our community are signed for management or publishing through our venture with EMI Music Publishing; or else shopped to our major label contacts for record deals. Scouts are compensated through a unique learning experience and monetarily in the event one of their artists is signed. We have approximately 200 Scouts across the U.S., Canada and U.K. We are highly selective and recruiting a few more dedicated young people who are exceptionally driven and hoping to pursue careers in the music business
