Elena Giorgetti is the founder of Make an Impact Career Coaching. She is a Certified Organizational Coach with an ACC credential from ICF (International Coaching Federation). Elena started her career as a recruiter and worked in both Europe and North America for a global consulting firm. She then worked for more than 10 years as a Career Coach with UBC Sauder School of Business. Her experience as both a recruitment insider and as a career development specialist enables her to offer a unique blend of support, guidance and resources to the clients she works with.
