Make It Finland is a non-profit organization aiming at giving the general public access to the inspiring and fantastic opportunities brought about by the digitalization, but also the new questions we will all need to deal with.
We want to give everyone – regardless of age, gender, ethnicity and socio-economic class – equal opportunities to 1) be creative, tinker and experiment with technology as well as 2) learn about the possibilities and challenges in the digital world. The name Make It Finland refers to both an attitude ("Suomi nousuun") and the makerculture, which combines traditional materials with electronics, technology and programming.
