Make Room (MR) is a consultancy that provides insights across the entire building industry value chain to enable sufficient living. We utilise data-driven processes to ensure healthy, sustainable, and inclusive communities that can live well within the ecological limits of the planet. We capture data on residents’ lifestyles and routines in their homes. The insights generated from our platform allow our team to provide consulting services that enable sustainable housing that reflects the individual needs of its occupants. Our research has been published and presented at the World Architecture Congress 2023 and in scientific journals. The methodology ethically collects and triangulates data from a variety of industry stakeholders, resulting in a scalable solution that provides engaging and valuable holistic sustainability insights for building residents, architects, housing developers , and governments.
