Traditional Workplace Wellbeing approaches focus on supporting and managing the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, and spend little to no time looking at the causes, but with absences due to work-related poor mental health increasing year-on-year and the pandemic bringing its own challenges, we have to look seriously at how the design of our work impacts our people.
