Make Consulting is a consulting and outsourcing company specialising in Management Consultancy, Pharmaceutical Quality Management and in Operational Excellence. We are organised into 2 areas: > PHARMACEUTICAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT Through our longstanding experience in both Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice, we support our customers in building and managing effective Quality Systems that safeguard product quality, safety and efficacy, and that meet the regulatory requirements in the respective region. Our team includes Qualified Persons registered with the Maltese Medicines Authority and can perform contract batch release for both commercial and investigational medicinal products. We offer the service of outsourced auditing of CMOs, CDMOs, material suppliers and service providers. Our experts can fulfil the role of Responsible Person for wholesalers and distributors ensuring compliance with GDP guidelines. > OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & LEAN MANAGEMENT Through our Lean Transformation Programs and training, customised to the needs of our customers, we guarantee the improvement of company performance, jointly developing technical excellence (processes, equipment, tools, business systems), cultural excellence (habits, mindset, behaviours, engagement, recognition) and performance excellence (management infrastructure, performance metrics, floor management). We work closely with our customers to identify the main pain points within an organisation and to devise solutions that will enable the company to meet its business and people objectives.
