As a coach I work with individuals or small groups to define goals for the future; to understand the pressures that are impacting drivers and to find a way forward.
-1-1 personal coaching means a series of structured non-judgemental conversations in a confidential and safe environment. The objective is to clearly understand your issues and goals and maximise your ability to take positive forward steps. Aside from identified life changes, We may be working to address confidence issues, more productive relationships or wellbeing.
-For work teams clear goals are also important. It may involve open group conversations, exploring future changes or team relationships that are less than perfect. It will mean sharing perceptions, including motivators and areas of resistance. Ongoing support and review may need to be built into the agreed way forward.
Finally Leadership and Management coaching, for those who may be struggling to adjust to the expectations of a new role or have never been given personal development for the role. For example, those wanting to introduce changes but who are worried about the impact. They may recognise a need to better engage with and motivate their people. Perhaps they need to become more strategic and learn to influence more effectively, or to handle challenge and conflict, for themselves or within the team. Personal or group coaching can address these issues effectively.
