About Malagasy Association for Evaluation (MASSE)
MASSE is the National Network on evaluation in Madagascar. Its objective is to promote the culture of evaluation in the country by building the national capacity for monitoring and evaluation and by promoting the use of evaluation by all stakeholders essentially government services. MASSE, therefore, built partnerships that can help improve and push the buy-in of evaluation services.
