WHO WE ARE MALAYNI Project Consultation (started in November 2017) is an independent project management business emerged out of the MALAYNI brand which stands for excellence in partnership while carrying out the mantra: Positive, Confident, Strong. The CEO & Founder, Malene A. Carr-Mullings embodies a wealth of experience in accounting/auditing, project coordination and procedure implementation and review. WHAT WE DO MALAYNI Project Consultation acts as a support partner for sole proprietors and small to medium sized entities (SME’s) by providing a suite of services including: o Management and coordination for unique projects (e.g. automations, implementation, events) o Accounting and general ledger reconciliations o Preparation and filing of annual tax returns o Operational policies and procedures development, documentation and implementation o Client/employee correspondence and contracts ABOUT THE BRAND The MALAYNI brand represents my friendly and fiery personality forming mutual partnership (denoted by the "M" emblem/logo made by two persons holding hands).
