Our firm is focused on three offerings: Economic Development Consulting - We strategically partner with foundations, government entities, financial institutions, and socially responsible investors to design initiatives grounded in genuine market insights and practical execution. Growth Stage Advisory & Investment - We organize investment syndicates of Black accredited investors to channel capital directly into promising lower middle-market enterprises and impactful ventures. We form strategic growth-focused partnerships specifically targeting Black-owned businesses generating between $1 million to $10 million in revenue. Culturally-Rooted Product Innovation - We develop culturally resonant products—such as children’s books, educational platforms, and membership communities—that directly foster pride, knowledge, and economic empowerment within Black communities.
