MALDONADO is a producer of some of the finest iberico ham products in the world.

We work with only the purest bloodlines of iberico pure-breed pigs and exercise rigorous
controls over the entire rearing process so as to guarantee that their quiet, calm lives are spent roaming freely and enjoying the food that the pasture offers, such as acorns, grass, tubers and other roots.
We are based in the town of Alburquerque, near Badajoz (Spain), which is part of the San Pedro mountain range and some five hundred metres above sea level.
The most striking feature of this historic
countryside is the extensive dehesa (meadow) of Holm and cork oak trees. This ecosystem is a man-made extension of the Mediterranean woodland and allows us to work in perfect harmony with the environment.
