Services provided: - Project Administration: • Preparation and issuing of all appropriate legal paperwork (Statements of Work) • Act as the point of contact for all participants • Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps) • Breaking projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes • Project budget and resource utilization tracking • Project artifact organization and archiving - Project Management: • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives • Act as the point of contact for all participants • Coordinating project schedules, information, internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects • Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves • Hold regular stand-ups with the team • Project progress tracking and timely actioning • Regular reports and escalations to customers / management as needed • Project closure and handover As a B2B company, we serve the needs of small businesses, primarily in the ICT sector, and their respective customers.
