Malka Brewery - מבשלת בירה מלכה company information, Employees & Contact Information

The story of Malka Brewery began in 2006 out of a love for nature and a desire to promote the culture of beer in Israel. Assaf Lavi—at the time the owner of two pubs in Tel Aviv—decided to leave the big city for the ecological community of Klil and began brewing beer in small quantities in the nearby community of Amka. The first beers that Assaf brewed were subjected to a series of tastings by culinary professionals. Once the recipes were finalized, Assaf loaded up his pick-up truck with Malka Pale Ale, Malka Blond Ale and Malka Stout and headed to Tel Aviv to distribute them. In 2008, the brewery moved to Kibbutz Yehiam, at the foot of an ancient fortress, surrounded by the green landscape of Western Galilee and a view of the Mediterranean Sea. A beer garden was opened adjacent to the brewery where people enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with friends, music and a refreshing beer on the weekends. Since its establishment, the brewery specializes in creating small quantities of ale beers according to traditional methods. The brewing process begins with the use of top-quality ingredients and stringent quality control, resulting in a final product of uncompromising quality. In 2018, production of Malka Beer moved to the Tefen Industrial Area where a world-class and state-of-the-art brewery was constructed. Customers can now visit us at Malka Beer Garden in Yehiam, as well as at Malka Saloon, which is located in the new brewery in Tefen.
