Malla & Malla Stock Broking Co. Pvt. Ltd. (Broker No. 11), is one of the licensed Stock Broker of Securities Board of Nepal and an active member of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). It was established in 2054-04-14 BS (1997-07-29 AD), under company act with the objective of providing excellent brokering services to the clients. Prior to that, this company was established as an individual Stock Broker run by our Chairman Mr. Parameshwar Bhakta Malla from Poush 29,2050 BS.(13 Jan 1994 AD). It is also a clearing member of CDS and Clearing Ltd (CDSC). This company is providing brokering services for all types of listed securities in NEPSE, which includes company share and stock mutual fund units. We are also providing Depositary Participants (DP) services through a public company promoted by us i.e. Nepal DP Limited.
