Malm & LaFave, s.c. is a boutique law firm that consists of personal attorneys who take pride in providing full services to our clients. Our main areas of practice are estate planning, elder and disability law, real estate law, and corporate law. Our firm has assisted clients in the Milwaukee area and throughout Wisconsin for over 40 years. We take a comprehensive approach to our clients’ issues, learning both your legal needs as well as your overall goals. We value the relationships that we build with our clients, and we have worked with many of the same clients since the firm initially opened. Malm & LaFave makes its clients a priority and we will meet with you when it best fits your schedule. We are not simply a 9-to-5 firm. In a time when the costs of litigation and legal issues can escalate quickly, our goal is to provide high-quality representation while remaining aware of our clients’ needs and budgets. Malm & LaFave, s.c. is named after its founding partners: Thomas LaFave and Timothy Malm. Mr. LaFave is still a practicing member of the firm. Mr. Malm practiced with the firm until he passed away in 2006. The firm continues to honor Mr. Malm in its service to its clients.
