We are specialist in making high performance and high precision molds (Multi-cavity molds with multiple slides and ejection cylinders) and we also have experience in manufacturing die casting tools to produce watertight parts.
DIE CASTING.
Malsa has a Foundry with furnaces with a capacity of 2,5 to/h, which are used in combination with an Argon degassing system in order to obtain an optimum melting of the material.
MACHINING AND SURFACE FINISHING
Most of the parts we produce require advanced machining processes and surface finishing.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND METROLOGY
In order to ensure the quality of our main product, the Mold, as well as the quality of the parts that are going to be produced with this tool, our laboratory counts with some of the best measurement and control equipments.
