I'm Tamara Evstafyeva (Mama Toma), a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and dedicated mother to my 3-year-old daughter. Based in Austria, I work globally across all time zones to help families achieve better sleep. I obtained my degree in child sleep consulting from the Family Sleep Institute in 2021 and am a proud member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants. With a blend of professional expertise and personal experience, I am passionate about guiding parents through the journey of improving their child's sleep, ensuring a restful night's sleep for the entire family.
