Founded on the principle value, giving the utmost value to our clients and employees, Mamonyane Construction CC is a well-established black-owned enterprise that provides turnkey construction management and property development solutions to private and public-sector clients. In 1996, Jan Mamunyani was retrenched from LTA Construction after he had worked himself up to a supervisor position. His only hope being to leverage his experience in the construction industry, he went on to established Mamonyane Construction which was formally registered in 2000. Although it was difficult, through the help of an entrepreneurship workshop and mentors, the company went on to participate in various government and private sector projects. Through his passion and insistence on quality service, Mamunyani has lead the company to become a beacon of hope and inspiration of growth for all the families the company supports. Over the past 17 years the company has grown in experience and in capacity such that it has not only survived through the challenging construction environment and economic climate of South Africa, but continuously is aiming towards becoming the best at what we do. The company earned a reputation as a trusted contractor for building construction, maintenance and refurbishment projects from new structures – commercial, industrial and residential, to restorations of heritage buildings, we are in our element on the building site, regardless of the nature or requirements of a project. The company has leveraged this wealth of experience and knowledge to strategically establish a turnkey property development division.
